How to prepare skin for summer

Any woman wants, that her skin was smooth and velvety.
Any skin, especially after 30 years, requires daily care. It is necessary to feed, clear and humidify it. It is necessary to clear the skin of the face 2 times a day - in the morning, using prepared on the basis of herbs lotions and broths, and in the evening. Humidifying creams should be put in the mornings, nutritious - in the evening. And yet do not forget about masks. Till 35 years it is enough to do one mask not more often 1 time a week, after 35 years - once a week, and after 50 years - 2 times a week.
The following clearing lotions are recommended for a fatty skin:
- Cornflower lotion: fill 50 fresh flowers of a cornflower with 0,5 liter of boiled water, leave it for an hour and then - filter;
- Parsley lotion: fill 20 grams of fresh parsley with 0,5 liter of boiled water, leave it for an hour and then - filter;
- Rosemary lotion: fill 2 teaspoons of rosemary with 300 ml of boiled water, leave it for an hour and then - filter.
Vitamin masks
Fresh fruits and vegetables, which possess various useful ingredients, are used for preparation of vitamin masks. For example, apricots calm skin, eggplants and vegetable marrows humidify a dry skin, bananas humidify, smooth and soften the skin, the strawberry and carrots freshens it, cucumber humidifies the skin and the lemon narrows pores. It is possible to put vitamin masks on the face every day.
Strawberry mask: cut half-and-half 1-2 berries of a strawberry and put juice on the face and a neck, and also humidify slightly eyelashes with it. It is possible to suppress berries and to impose the received cream on the face. Strawberry mask perfectly rejuvenates, softens skin and helps to get rid of freckles.
Grapes mask: cut 2-3 berries and grease face and neck with them.
Carrots mask: rub carrots on a fine grater, mix it with an egg white, to add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and put this mixture on the face and a neck.
Apple mask: peel an apple, grate it, add 1 teaspoon of an olive oil, milk or sour cream (add 1 egg white if you have fatty skin), mix it carefully and put it on the skin.
