How to stay slim and beautiful after Christmas and New Year’s celebrations?

Hello Ladies! Our today’s discussion will be devoted to the Christmas and New Year’s celebrations and …their impact on our beauty.

Winter brings us snow, long evenings at our cozy houses with a cup of tea and a cat on our knees, Christmas with a lot of presents, magic and romance, belief in something beautiful and unreal. It seems like ″everything gets lost″ in the sweetness of chocolate, candies and wine, and one day you get up and understand that you feel ″uncomfortable″ in your favorite jeans!!! O, no!!! A lot of tasty food, wine, cola and candies and be ready to say goodbye to your slim body. Anyway, how to keep in form despite all these holidays? Here, we have some ways on how to keep in form and to stay beautiful after the Christmas and New Year’s celebrations:

  • Try to think over the menu and choose what dishes would be tasty and useful for your health, and what food is to be avoided.
  • The most important rule is to understand, that it is your parents and friends but food are the main part of the holiday, so you’d rather concentrate on people-to-people contact, share your hopes and thoughts with them, then try to look for ″something to eat″.
  • Forget about your problems, try to dance, and sing, play with children, share your smile and chocolate with someone who really needs you! Good luck!
