The most important vitamin

All vitamins are necessary for our beauty. But which of them is the most important?
Perhaps, vitamin A or Retinolum is a basic vitamin for the skin. It carries out a set of the major functions in an organism. Retinolum is necessary for formation, development of skin cells and mucous membranes of our organism. This vitamin provides normal moisture and updating of cells, accelerates processes of healing, stimulates formation of own substances in the skin, for example, it provides collagen formation. Such vitamin’s A feature is successfully used in structure of medical products at treatment of various skin diseases and for maintenance of nutritious and updating effect in cosmetic means.
Vitamin A is always added into cosmetic means in the form of various derivatives that provides best “penetration” into the skin for maintenance of necessary effect. For example, pure Retinolum in a complex with collagen Retinol oils are widely used for preparing of ani-age cosmetic creams.
Widely advertised rejuvenating effect of creams with vitamin A has already been proved. First of all, vitamin A in structure of a cream accelerates cellular updating and young sections take the place on the skin surface. Therefore the first effect which is observed at application of similar creams is the improvement of complexion.
Our skin consists of several “floors”. Three basic skin layers are: epidermis (the top layer), mesoderm (an average layer) and hypoderma (the deepest layer). New skin cells are formed in deep layers and in process of maturing move ahead to the top skin layer - to the epidermis. Such process normally lasts for about 28 days. Under the Retinolum and other substances with similar action influence the process of new cells formation is considerably accelerated, that is why cells have no time to grow old.
In cosmetology peeling on the basis of the Retinolum effect is done. The other vitamin’s A effect is increase in development of own collagen which so is necessary in struggle against skin ageing. Collagenic fibres is skin internal “skeleton”, it provides precise contours of the face which are, unfortunately, lost with the age. Collagenic fibres form a network located almost on all surface of the skin. Elasticity and a youth of the skin depend on these structures condition. At constant application of creams to vitamin A in structure of there is a gradual updating collagenic structures and fastening of this effect.
The ceams, containing vitamin A, are recommended for improvement of a complexion, disposal of any skin problem or wrinkles’ correction.
