The winter comes to us not only with noisy New Near and mysterious Christmas. The winter also brings us darkness, dampness and a cold, and the main thing is a bad mood. Stocks of vital energy are exhausted, we are pursued with feeling of constant weariness. We are more often irritated and we look gloomy. During such moments there is a unique desire - to fall asleep and to wake up, only when flowers will blossom and the sun will shine. Scientists have found out, that winter depression is an absolutely biological phenomenon, instead of psychological. While the science searches for universal energizers, it is better to address to centuries-old experience of our ancestors. Having close connection with the nature, they successfully scooped vital energy from its perennial spring. Magic invigorating aromas will shroud with coziness, will warm, will strengthen immune forces of an organism and will simply improve mood. Many centuries ago the mankind has found the mysterious world of smells, having learned to receive aromatic essences from plants.
There are many ways of an aromatherapy. The easiest and the most traditional one is the acceptance of the baths sated by smells of plants. In an antiquity this procedure was considered as imperial luxury.
Baths with an orange, a lemon, a grapefruit, a rosemary, zinziber, leaves of a rose, a bergamot, mint, a balm will perfectly remove of weariness and increase your vital energy.
The orange helps to be warmed, released from a winter icy cold and unpleasant ideas, it also eliminates depression, grief, alarm. The orange raises skin elasticity, vitaminizes it, possesses a powerful anti-cellulites effect.
Rosemary oil is also a good natural medicine from depression. It has the stimulating, invigorating effect and it even emboldens. The bath with rosemary oil will help to wake up since morning and to be active all the day long. Being used in the cosmetic purposes the rosemary tones up the skin, making it young and elastic.
Lemon oil is an invigorating and cool morning aroma. It improves mood, strengthens interest to a life and stabilizes nervous system. The lemon improves concentration of attention and memory. Lemon oil is very good for problem skin care, it also smoothes wrinkles, makes hair and nails strong and shining.
The geranium oil calms, creates romantic mood, and you will easily be betrayed to pleasant dreams, having wrapped up in a warm plaid. Besides geranium oil possesses wound repairing effect and it may render first aid at freezing.
Mint possesses sharp, dry, cooling aroma. This aroma removes a nervous pressure, restores the exhausted forces and counterbalances emotions. It also raises working capacity and reduces skin exhaustion, inflammations and irritations.
