Five kinds of food, which will return freshness to your breath

There are two reasons stale breath: bad observance of oral cavity hygiene and infringement of work of a gastroenteric path.
In both cases bacteria are the originators of a unpleasant smell. If you address to the dentist he will for certain advise you two things. Firstly, he would advice you to be convinced that you eat well and that you follow the balanced diet, including necessary quantity of fibers and carbohydrates, and also various acids and the vitamins containing in vegetables and fruits. Secondly, after each reception of food it is desirable to use a tooth-brush and a string.
However there is also one more way to breathe make your breath fresh. Some kinds of food are able to relieve of a unpleasant smell from a mouth and to prevent its further occurrence.
1. Parsley
This grassy plant is better than others neutralizes the unpleasant smell from a mouth, including a smell of a tobacco smoke. But if you did not manage to find parsley you may use coriander, mint, a wormwood, rosemary or cardamom instead of it. To achieve the best effect, it is necessary as to chew or to prepare these grasses as tea. The listed grasses have a double advantage - they not only eliminate a unpleasant smell from a mouth, but they also solitarily affect digestion.
2. Yoghurt
Last researches have shown that the use yoghurt in food reduces a level of sulfide of hydrogen in a mouth. This substance is a principal cause of occurrence of a unpleasant smell in a mouth. The regular use of yoghurt interferes with formation of harmful bacteria which can cause diseases of gums and occurrences of spots on dental enamel. However, when you are choosing yoghurt, you should convince that it contains only natural components, active yogurt cultures and has no sugar.
3. Vegetables and fruits 
Apples, carrots and celery promote plentiful saliva allocation, which moistens a mouth, deleting that the smallest slices of the food which remained on teeth or have got stuck between them. Very often these slices are also the reason of formation of an unpleasant smell in a mouth.
4. Chewing gum
The chewing gum cannot relieve you of a bad smell from a mouth, but it can disguise it. One more plus of the chewing gum is that it promotes plentiful allocation of the saliva clearing an oral cavity. But you should also remember that the chewing gum should not replace tooth-brush.
5. Food with the high vitamin C maintenance 
Berries, citruses, water-melons and other food containing vitamin C in lots, form in a mouth the environment, adverse for growth of bacteria. The regular use of vitamin C is also important for gums health. However you should pay attention that vitamin C should come in an organism from natural products, instead of from food additives as additives can cause frustration of digestive system.
