Where the vitamins are hidden

Each vitamin has features and tasks concerning its influence on an organism of the person.  

Vitamin A - contains in a fish, seafood, apricots, and a liver. It provides a normal condition of a skin and mucous membranes improves sight, improves resistibility of an organism as a whole.  

Vitamin B1 - is in rice, vegetables, a bird. It strengthens nervous system, memory, improves digestion.  

Vitamin B2 - is in milk, eggs. It strengthens hair, nails, and positively influences a condition of nerves.  

Vitamin РР - is in bread from a rough grinding, a fish, nuts, vegetables, meat, dried mushrooms, adjusts blood circulation and a level of cholesterol.  

Vitamin В6 – is in integral grain, an egg yolk, beer yeast, a string bean. Solitarily influences functions of nervous system, a liver, hemopoiesis.  

The pantothenic acid - is in a string bean, color cabbage, egg yolks, meat, adjusts functions of nervous system and impellent function of intestines.  

Vitamin B12 - in meat, cheese, products of the sea, promotes hemopoiesis, stimulates growth, and favorably influences a condition of the central and peripheral nervous system.  

The folic acid – is in cabbage, spinach, green peas, is necessary for growth and normal hemopoiesis.  

Biooozes – is in an egg yolk, the tomatoes, the crude rice, soybeans, hair influences a condition of a skin, nails and adjusts a level of sugar in blood.  

Vitamin C – is in a dogrose, sweet pepper, a black currant, sea-buckthorn berries, is useful to immune system, a connecting fabric, bones, promotes healing of wounds.  

Vitamin D – is in a liver of fishes, caviar, eggs, strengthens bones and teeth.  

Vitamin E – is in nuts and vegetable oils, protects cells from free radicals, influences functions sexual and slows down ageing.  

Vitamin K – is in spinach, salad, vegetable marrows and cabbage, adjusts coagulability of blood.
