How do we vary from the awakening up to the leaving?

There is something invariably general in the behavior of the child, the woman of average years and elderly lady: without the dependence one age each of them tries to construct the morning ritual of transformation so that as much as possible to show and emphasize the unique individuality in that kind in which she perceives her image and how she feels.
Beauty: rituals of double purposes
Appearance’s transformation has several functions. The first one is the defensive function: its sense is in dividing internal and external spheres, the border between which passes on a surface of our body. The make-up and a hair dress (as well as clothes) allow differentiating reliably personal, intimate space and space public, social.
The second function morning smartening up is the offensive one. Improving ourselves, we appeal to the stranger: the ultimate goal of our rituals is in liking, tempting, winning. Differently, the make-up is something like a fighting mask: it allows us to embody the certain completed image in own appearance, to bring corrective amendments in the features, given to us by the nature, or to disguise from those which, for any reasons, do not arrange us.
Morning metamorphosis are always pursued with both these purposes simultaneously, however their parity always depends on the concrete person, her (his) personal and family history, life experience and, certainly, from the age. Differently, the sense which we put in our own actions depends directly on our attitude towards us and our body. Is it a conflict or harmony? The woman, who still yesterday managed practically without cosmetics, today is plentifully powdered and colors her lips: the matter is that today to it especially important to feel protected or self-confident. Sometimes it testifies about narcissistic bents - the persevering need to like and to be liked, but at the same time it can testify about the aspiration to establish a distance between them and the society.
