The basic substances in structure of dry shadows are talc, wax, oils (for example, paraffin), knitting means, preservatives, water and color pigments. Iridescent shadows include in structure also a doze of nacre. There were many disputes about shadows because their structure included the heavy metals causing an allergy. Now use only synthetic pigments, besides these pigments are enveloped by a thin film of fat. Thus, they do not contact directly with a skin.
