1. The gymnastics helps to grow thin
It is impossible to grow thin by means of usual gymnastics and morning exercises. If you want to grow thin for one kilogram, you should burn 8000 calories whereas half-hour strengthened gymnastics absorbs only 300 calories. But gymnastics is a good “body shaper”
2. Excess weight is easily lost in sauna
Sweating in sauna really allows loosing about two kilograms, but it occurs due to a water evaporating from an organism. The loss of these of “superfluous kilograms” is literally restored in some hours.
3. There are diets by means of which it is possible to grow thin once and for all life
You may just stop to grow thin and you will again start to go back to your “lost” kilograms. The end of any diet means the reduction of allocation of the adrenaline, helping to burn fats. Having passed a course of diet you should limit the consumption of fats and sugar.
4. For growing thin, it is necessary to eat as rarely as possible
The person eats three times a day, and it is normal. If you will pass (for example) a breakfast will eat twice more during the lunchtime. And it is also normal. And further loss from norm begins. Therefore, sitting on a diet, try to eat water-melons, grapefruits, a raspberry, a strawberry, plums, pineapples. By the way, the pineapples, one of the richest with sugar fruit, are safe for a figure, as they contain bromelinum - the substance promoting burning of fats.
6. It is almost impossible to delete birthmarks
If birthmarks are in places of friction or change their color and the sizes, they should be obligatory deleted. But this procedure should be obligatory done by the expert-cosmetician.
7. The decorative cosmetics spoil skin
Use of a make-up is not reflected in any way in a condition of the skin if it is, certainly, qualitative cosmetics of not expired working life. Good skin is, first of all, the hereditary factor, then - the reflection of a state of health, and, at last, - the age. The healthy, well-groomed skin is not afraid of cosmetics.
8. Vitamin A promotes occurrence of sunburn
Vitamin A, as well as other vitamins, does not render any influence on sunburn. This opinion, possibly, has arisen because of the carotin - the predecessor of vitamin A, - which gives a yellowish shade to the skin.
9. The gymnastics of the face prevents the occurrence of wrinkles
Wrinkles are an attribute of ageing of the skin, caused by insufficient development of collagen. The gymnastics cannot affect this process and prevent occurrence of wrinkles. But with its help it is possible to strengthen face muscles and to correct mimic wrinkles.
